I’m really proud that my employer, the Sleep Wellness Institute, offers something that CPAP users will love … and probably are entitled to: a 30/30 guarantee.
What does that mean? It means you get your CPAP on a 30 night comfort and fit trial … and can return it and exchange for a different one at any time during that period. And it means that we offer more than 30 different masks for you to choose from.
As a CPAP user now, myself, I can really appreciate this, as I was able to test three different masks before settling on the one I use every night now.
Too bad more CPAP providers don’t offer this kind of service.

I wish your employer had offices in the Boston area! I stopped using the machine I had because the provider could have cared less about whether it was working properly. After I begged for a different kind of mask, the rep grudgingly brought me a new one only after the doctor called. And despite repeated requests that the equipment be adjusted, I never received call backs. I finally gave up and made them come and get it. The first thing they wanted was my signature on a form acknowledging I was returning a machine designed to save my life. Glad to hear there’s a least one company that understands what an awesome responsibility they have taken on. Cures should always be an improvement over a disorder.

Unfortunately, what you’ve described is all too common: CPAP providers who want your money in return for the least amount of effort on their part. The day is coming when they will learn the hard way that customer service is more important than what is convenient for them.
